So Becca talked me into training for the 10k Turkey Trot in November. This will be the farthest I have ever run in my life. I feel like I am up to the challenge. I was talking with her last night during dinner that I wanted to get into better shape. I am by no means over weight. In fact I think 175 is a good weight for someone who is only 5′ 10″ barefoot. I would like do get a little more muscles, I mean for someone walking around with the nickname Superman it’s pathetic that I can only bench 130lbs. So I am hoping that this Monday will be the beginning of a new habit. If anyone has any weightlifting suggestions I am all ears. In the meantime I will be working on my running playlists. Those are key to running long distances.
